Top Employers of Bucharest
Between March 25th – 26th, a new edition of the largest job fairs in the country took place, TOP Employers 2016, at Palace Hall, event which reunite over 160 companies.
CGS Romania attended this year’s edition of the fair, as well, giving all individuals in search of a job or of a career change the chance to better know us.
During the event, we held a seminar on the topic ‘Let’s meet and find out more information on our company’, seminar attended by students or newly-graduates and throughout which they found out the story of our company, of its people and some of the successful stories.
Therefore, the stakeholders found out that CGS Romania offers its team a dynamic, competitive environment, strictly based on performance, where they have the opportunity to gain unequalled experience working with important companies, which operate both on the local market, and on the foreign market. Moreover, they found out that their training for the activity within our company shall entail specialized, paid and flexible trainings in terms of the working hours. However, the information which attracted most of the visitors was that CGS Romania provides real chances for promotion within the company, 90% of our management team comprising of employees promoted within the company.
Sibiu Job Fair
The 14th edition of the job fair took place in Sibiu between March 23rd-24th. The event reunited at least 3,000 candidates and 35 companies.
The candidates had the opportunity of directly interacting with a recruiter and a CGS manager, within the seminar held by our colleagues, where information was provided on the method to hold an employment interview and why non-verbal communication is important, how you should prepare for an interview and which are the questions to be addressed within the employment interview. During the seminar, we discussed with potential future employees on the importance to be granted to the CV, on what comprises an efficient CV and why the e-mail from which you send the CV has become the newest letter of intent. Thus, the participants had the occasion to improve their experience in interview participation.
Brașov Job Fair
The Job Fair (JF) reached Brașov, on March 8th and 9th, for the 13th edition of the event. As it happened every year, we had two entire days with the future potential colleagues who expressed their curiosity on life at CGS, asking many questions to which we granted answers, dearly. We invited them to our house, to get to know each other, both within the company, as well as at the numerous events that we organized in town.
At the end of these events, CGS Romania team became richer. Rich in new friends and, why not, future colleagues!
