Winter Corporate Games is coming close to a new start and the CGS Romania team is preparing to take part in it. This will be a weekend full of snow, noise and cheers, teambuilding, but also many, many awards.
Because we want to hit the road with our homework done, we have prepared a short survival guide 🙂 for the upcoming weekend. So, the important and memorable information will be at your disposal on your phone as well.
Your ID Card
At the beginning of the sporting events and at any time during them, at the request of the organizers, the competitors must show their participation ID card that can be obtained after going through the procedures of the Super Centre. A lost ID card can be replaced only by the organizers.
Competitive participation
After the registration at the Super Centre, it is not possible to change the teams of the events in which a participant is registered. The substitution of a person / of an identity, the unsporting uncivilized behaviour, or the use of a language inadequate for the corporate culture, not showing up or being late at a sports location, the refusal to begin or to continue a certain sportive event can be punishable by warning, loss of points, loss by forfeit (0 points), suspension and even the elimination from the competition of those in question.
Participation in the sporting events under the influence of alcoholic drinks or of hallucinogenic substances is strictly forbidden. Also, smoking and the consumption of alcohol at the location of the sport base/location are forbidden.
Unforeseen situations
According to art. 3 of the rules, the organizers have the right to postpone, reschedule, delay, modify, and cancel a certain sporting event in those unforeseen situations (bad weather conditions, technical difficulties, etc.) that could generate uncertainties regarding the safety of the participants.
Official language
The official language of the games is Romanian.

Sports coordinator
The representative of the organizers at the official table represents the highest authority. This, together with the arbitrators and the auxiliary personnel shall work together in view of a good organization and development of the sporting events.

These being said, we are waiting for you tomorrow, the 22nd of January 2016, between 17.00 and 20.00 at Kronwell Hotel, Kronwell Ceremonies room, Grand Hall, second floor, with access through the commercial gallery of the hotel (the former My Place), the entry towards the train station, for registration.
At the Supercentre (in the same location as last year), please don’t forget to bring 3 things:
- Health statement on your own responsibility
- Registration Guide
- A passport type photo
It is extremely important that each participant comes individually, because we will also present the health and safety rules and ask for signatures on the participant training table.
