In the period from 20th to 22nd of November, CGS sales teams and the top management of all offices worldwide met together at Dolce Palisades conference center in Palisades, New York, to attend the annual sales conference, World Wide Sales Kick-Off.
During the three days spend with our colleagues abroad, we debated together with them the events that marked the activity of each CGS office in 2014, the plans for 2015 and sales and marketing trends forecasted for the next year. In addition to those, a special attention was given to the impact that our company’s activity in the online environment has on sales, and to the manner in which we interact with potential customers, even on online platforms, can influence the success of our company.
In addition to the strategic discussions for the next period, we had the opportunity to discover how each CGS branch grew in 2014 and how we propose to continue on the same upward path in the next year.
Information shared on this occasion was, as expected, a source of inspiration and a starting point from putting future plans into practice. The greatest surprise of the conference was, however, the interactive session for participant specialization, as well as the discussion with the customers committee, carried out with three CGS customers and a workshop where a CGS cross sale scenario was analyzed and presented in teams.
The participation to this conference fed us with inspiration and energy, just good for the beginning of a new year!
