Friday, 17th of October, at Sala Palatului in Bucharest, took place the biggest career fair in Romania, HIPO – Top Employers. We took this opportunity and set a rendezvous with all those who are looking for a place to work or wish to make acquaintance with some of our specialists, in order to find out how a job in our company can change their career path.
Over 60 young people, students or fresh graduates attended the seminar organized by our company, where they were provided with details regarding the manner in which the recruiting process is carried out at CGS Romania, and what are the advantages benefiting our employees and the skills that we are looking for in our future colleagues.
CGS Romania participated also in the previous editions of the fair HIPO – Top Employers, however this year we wanted to bring a novelty to help us convey information to potential candidates. So we created a virtual assistant, who talked to visitors about the company’s history and also about the jobs available within the company and what they entail.
This way, those interested were convinced that CGS Romania offers a dynamic and competitive environment to its team, based strictly on performance, where they have the opportunity to gain unmatched experience in work with important companies that operate both on the local market and abroad. They also found that their training for the work within our company entails paid specialized trainings, with flexible hours. The information that attracted most of our visitors was, however, the fact that CGS Romania offers them real advancement opportunities, as 90 per cent of our management team is formed of employees who promoted from within the company, after proving they have the necessary abilities for a team leader, quality assurance, project manager, trainer, recruiter, or level 2 technical support etc.
