Sales Administration Distributor with German - Bucharest

Required skills:

-Customer-oriented, ability to self-manage and take ownership.
-Fluent in German & English.
-Experience in export processing.
-Further education in sales administration / export processing is considered a plus.

Main tasks:

-Independent Management of all sales orders.
-Customer support personally, on the phone and by email.
-Coordination with customs department, forwarder and the warehouse for all shipments from the warehouse in Germany and directly from the supplier.
-Coordination with partners, sales, purchasing, production, logistics and finance.
-Invoicing and crediting.
-Managing shipments in OSCA (Supply Chain Management Tool) and in ERP system.

Schedule: Monday- Friday (10:00 – 19:00)
