Client Advisor with Italian - Bucharest
-Advanced Italian skill;
-Medium English skills;

-Computer knowledge/tech savviness is a plus;
-Work experience in customer support will be considered as an advantage;

-Provide support to customers, including procedural documentation; -Assist customers according to the documented procedures and processes;
