Client Advisor with German- Bucharest (on-site job)

Required skills:

-Experience in customer support or a related customer facing role.
-Fluent in German & English – excellent writing and speaking.
-People ︉︂︋︁︈︈︄︇​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎person that enjoys customer interaction.
-Team player with great communication skills, loves working with people of all kinds.
-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Training and knowledge-based management experience.

Daily Tasks:

– Help the customers: provide client support via phone and e-mail;
– Provide support, including procedural documentation;
– Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs;
– Prioritize and manage cases;
– Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals.

Schedule : Monday – Friday ( 10:00-19:00)
