Tasks:
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Understand the customer’s needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone, e-mail and chat.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
  • Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
