A napi tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g\u00e9ben t\u00f6bbsz\u00f6r\u00f6s inbound \u00e9s outbound\u00a0projektbe vesz r\u00e9szt \u00e9s \u0151 a f\u0151 tart\u00f3pill\u00e9r, biztos\u00edtva mind a know-howt, mind pedig a tips &amp; tricks-et valamennyi kolleg\u00e1ja sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra. A h\u00edv\u00e1sfogad\u00e1s mellett az \u0151 felel\u0151ss\u00e9ge al\u00e1 tartozik a projektekhez tartoz\u00f3 back-office tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g is.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raluca S\u0103vulescu.<\/strong>\u00a0Elfogadta, hogy csatlakozzon egy nagyon fontos projekthez 2015 \u00e9v j\u00falius h\u00f3napj\u00e1ban. Tekintettel a p\u00e9nz\u00fcgyi-banki h\u00e1tter\u00e9re, megszokta, hogy figyelmesnek kell lennie a kis r\u00e9szletekre \u00e9s hogy a munk\u00e1j\u00e1t gyorsan \u00e9s hat\u00e9konyan szervezze meg. Siker\u00fclt neki nagy mennyis\u00e9g\u0171 inform\u00e1ci\u00f3t megtanulni \u00e9s \u00e1tfogni, a munkafolyamatokban felmer\u00fclt b\u00e1rmely probl\u00e9m\u00e1ra vagy b\u00e1rmely komplex helyzetben, amely azonnali megold\u00e1st ig\u00e9nyel, \u0151 lett a f\u0151 kapcsolati pont, \u00e9s a pozit\u00edv feedback sem hi\u00e1nyzik, sem a kolleg\u00e1k r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l, sem pedig a Menedzsment r\u00e9sz\u00e9r\u0151l. T\u00f6k\u00e9letes\u00edtett egy munkafolyamatot az \u00e1ltala aktiv\u00e1lt projekt \u00fcgyfelei vonatkoz\u00e1s\u00e1ban, adatb\u00e1zist hozva l\u00e9tre, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy az \u00fcgyfeleket k\u00f6nnyebben tudja ellen\u0151rizni \u00e9s azonos\u00edtani a folyamatban felel\u0151s minden egyes szem\u00e9ly, ezzel pedig az adatfeldolgoz\u00e1si id\u0151t jav\u00edtotta. Ez 30 percr\u0151l csup\u00e1n 5 percre cs\u00f6kkent. Ugyanakkor Raluca egy training rendszert dolgozott ki a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g \u00fcgyfeleinek k\u00e9pvisel\u0151ivel, amely r\u00e9v\u00e9n azok meg\u00e9rtett\u00e9k, hogyan kell egy request-et l\u00e9trehozni, \u00edgy el\u00e9rte, hogy az \u00fcgyeket \u00e9s az \u00fcgyf\u00e9lfizet\u00e9sek bev\u00e9telez\u00e9s\u00e9t gyorsabban feldolgozz\u00e1k, azaz kevesebb mint 24 \u00f3r\u00e1n bel\u00fcl, amely el\u0151tte napokig tartott. K\u00f6zel h\u00e9t \u00e9ve C\u0103t\u0103lina m\u00e9rf\u00f6ldk\u0151r\u0151l m\u00e9rf\u00f6ldk\u0151re haladt, kezdve att\u00f3l, hogy \u00e1tvett egy majdnem \u00faj projektet frissen alkalmazott emberekb\u0151l \u00e1ll\u00f3 csapattal majd \u0151ket a Top Dolgoz\u00f3k jegyz\u00e9k\u00e9re k\u00eds\u00e9rte \u00e9s eg\u00e9szen addig, hogy a menedzsment csapat keret\u00e9n bel\u00fcl \u00faj tagokat toborzott, training-et \u00e9s onboarding-et szervezett. Ugyanakkor C\u0103t\u0103lina rendk\u00edv\u00fcli az emberekkel. Siker\u00fclt neki megval\u00f3s\u00edtani a t\u00f6k\u00e9letes egyens\u00falyt a ragaszkod\u00e1s \u00e9s a tekint\u00e9ly k\u00f6z\u00f6tt \u00e9s \u00fagy tud k\u00f6zeledni az emberekhez, mint senki m\u00e1s. Az aktu\u00e1lis projekt keret\u00e9ben kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag tapasztalt \u00fcgyn\u00f6k\u00f6ket hoztak a t\u00e1rsas\u00e1g \u00f6sszes t\u00f6bbi projektj\u00e9r\u0151l, C\u0103t\u0103lina pedig egy olyan rendszert dolgozott ki, amely biztos\u00edtja a szabadnapok ny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t olyan m\u00f3don, hogy az megfeleljen mind az \u00fcgyf\u00e9lt\u0151l \u00e9rkez\u0151 szem\u00e9lyzeti k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeknek, mind pedig az \u00fcgyn\u00f6k\u00f6k ig\u00e9nyeinek, \u00e9s \u2013 nem utols\u00f3 sorban \u2013 a HR k\u00f6vetelm\u00e9nyeknek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marius Ionu\u0163 Enea.\u00a0<\/strong>A CGS-el 2014 szeptember\u00e9ben kezdett el dolgozni \u00e9s \u00fagy tekinthetj\u00fck, mint a T\u00e2rgu Jiu-i k\u00f6zpont \u201cveter\u00e1njainak\u201d egyike tekintettel arra, hogy az illet\u0151 k\u00f6zpontban a telefonos t\u00e1rsas\u00e1gnak az els\u0151 training csapat\u00e1hoz tartozott. \u00c9rdekl\u0151d\u00e9se, odaad\u00e1sa &#8211; \u00e9s nem utols\u00f3 sorban \u2013 kitart\u00e1sa a siker\u00e9nek az \u00f6sszetev\u0151i.
