Every year, November is a time for celebration for the entire team at CGS Romania. This year we celebrate 12 years of activity and we intend to celebrate it not just with the team, but also with those who want to get to know us and, why not, become our friends.<\/p>\n

So in the first week of November, CGS Romania started to \u201cDoors Open Caravan\u201d, in the cities where our company has offices. The starting point was the main headquarters, in Bucharest, and the next stops were in Sibiu and Bra\u015fov. During the 30 hours, when we kept our office doors widely open, we received approximately 100 visitors of all ages, eager to discover CGS Romania universe and apply for the vacancies that we presented.<\/p>\n

For three days we organized tours guided by CGS Romania team leaders, intended to provide our guests with information about how a work day in our company is, what are the projects to which we attend and the quality standards guiding every one of their phases, what are the organizational values underlying our activity and the skills that we expect from our future colleagues.<\/p>\n

At the end, after approximately 600 km and almost 100 resumes received from participants, 54 of those who paid us a visit in the three days were called to take an employment interview. We hope that many of them will soon become our colleagues!<\/p>\n
