Flanco Retail entered a partnership with CGS Romania to provide non-stop assistance by phone to customers.
The local retailer for IT&C, electronics and home appliances products, Flanco provides non-stop assistance, by phone, to its customers, by the partnership entered into with the outsourcing solutions supplier, CGS Romania (Computer Generated Solutions Inc.), informed Flanco Retail.
‘Within the two months of collaboration, we registered a remarkable increase in the rate of answered phone calls and response time, with 94% of the calls being taken within maximum 19 seconds after the call is initiated. Our partners from CGS are from the first line of communication with Flanco customers, providing information on services, products and on-line orders or pick-up from the store. The team of CGS is working together with the internal team of Customer Support for operational pre and post sales processes, as well as for the preparation, delivery or return of orders.
