Technical Support Specialist – Retail (Hungarian Language)

Job Skills:
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  •  Handle inbound/outbound calls with clients in English and Hungarian
  • Accurately document client information and case details in real time
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during calls
  • Follow internal procedures and quality standards
  • Understand the customer’s needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone/e-mail .
Requirements:
  • Advanced level of English and Hungarian (spoken and written)︉︂︋︁︈︈︄︇​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, especially during live client calls
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
  • Attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
