Technical Support Specialist – Retail (Hungarian Language)
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with clients in English and Hungarian
- Accurately document client information and case details in real time
- Maintain a professional and empathetic tone during calls
- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
- Understand the customer’s needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone/e-mail .
- Advanced level of English and Hungarian (spoken and written)︉︂︋︁︈︈︄︇︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎
- Fast and accurate typing skills, especially during live client calls
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
